Managed Hosting Overview

TELentice provides managed hosting services for your outsourced Digital Media Management. You will benefit from faster time to market, ease of scalability, higher performance, reliability and security, easy server access and increased bandwidth to handle spikes in visitor traffic.  We can work with you to develop a custom solution to meet your needs.

At TELentice, we customize a solution for each individual customer. You can either choose to buy the hardware and co-locate or use one of our servers.  Our sales engineers can work with you to develop the hardware and software configuration based on your needs.

TELentice also offers, as part of our total managed service program, system monitoring for your media management network.  Depending on your level of service this would provide you with up to 24/7 system monitoring of all media players and network hardware including servers on your network.

OS Installation and Configuration
A team of TELentice engineers will manage the installation and configuration of your operating system.

System Monitoring
TELentice uses its own proprietary Web-based monitoring tool as well as other commercial tools to monitor hardware and software.

Support
TELentice provides full maintenance on server hardware and related network peripherals. 24-hour, technical support is available.
