TELentice Enterprise software has been commercially available around the world for more than 6 years.  TELentice Global, Inc., a Minneapolis-based, privately held company, acquired this industry-leading and award-winning software from Fujitsu, which had invested heavily to develop the application suite.  Our goal is to become the world leader in dynamic digital media content management software and solutions.

We provide enterprise-level dynamic digital media content management solutions for the in-store retail and “Out-of-Home” markets.  Our TELentice software suite enables our customers to remotely manage, schedule and deliver digital media content over an internet based network to virtually any display device, anywhere in the world. 

Dynamic Digital Media Content Management presents our customers with a very viable, effective and high impact alternative to traditional broadcast media or static signage displays.  With the proliferation of available channels and the inundation of mass media advertising for in-home broadcasting, viewers are tuning out, and mass media is losing its effectiveness.  Our solution allows marketers to bring their message in close proximity to the consumer’s decision point, allowing marketers to significantly influence buying behavior and drive top-line revenue growth.

Our software has been commercially available for 6 years and is being used by our customers in 12 countries in the following market segments:

We serve these markets primarily through partners. Our sales channel includes several Fujitsu ($45 billion revenue) companies that give us global reach and credibility with our customers and prospects in the retail sector.  Fujitsu Australia Ltd. is our Master Reseller for the Asia Pacific Region and Fujitsu Transaction Solutions, Inc. is our North American Reseller targeting the retail market segment.  CBS Outdoor a world leader in global outdoor media, through its affiliate Viacom Outdoor, selected us to be their software platform for the London Underground.  Viacom paid $1.4 billion for the advertising rights for the Underground and our software will manage the booking, scheduling and distribution of media and advertising content for the Underground.

We are pursuing very large market sectors through our resellers and have achieved early success.  In the retail segment our customers include Coles Myer, a $22 billion leading Australian retailer and 7 Eleven Thailand which has 2,000 stores. 
 
Our management team, led by Howard Witherspoon has deep experience in technology, marketing and operations in start-up and multinational organizations.

 The TELentice software platform is highly reliable and scales easily, allowing our customers to manage any network from a small, basic deployment to a highly complex, sophisticated network consisting of thousands of displays located in multiple venues and countries.

We have a significant pipeline of business under contract or letter of intent.  Our sales for 2006 will double over 2005 and we expect our growth to accelerate in the near term.
